Breathing pendant featuring Uluuh's signature hand-soldered pattern over an oxidized background. The signature pattern is available in recycled sterling silver, 10K solid gold, or 14K solid gold. Designed to be used with slow, controlled breathing.
Breathing Exercise
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
Exhale slowly through the pendant for 8–10 seconds.
If these counts feel challenging, begin with shorter intervals (for example, 2 / 3 / 4 seconds) and gradually increase them. Find a rhythm that feels comfortable for you.
